A Busker Who Made Him Nervous Because He Banged On Car Windows In Denpasar Was Arrested By Satpol PP
DENPASAR - Denpasar City Police Satpol PP officers, again arrested two buskers at Simpang Dukuh Sari Jalan Raya Sesetan, South Denpasar.
The two buskers came from Karangasem Regency. Both claimed to live in the Kuta District, Badung Regency.
The Head of the Division (Kabid) for Public Order and Public Order at the Denpasar City Satpol PP, Nyoman Sudarsana, said that at first the officers saw that one of the buskers was not wearing a mask.
After being approached, it turned out that the two men were buskers who often hung out at several crossroads in Denpasar City and at the market.
"Their presence is often complained of by the public because they disturb and bang on public vehicles that happen to stop at a red light," said Sudarsana, Thursday, April 7.
Sudarsana explained that the existence of buskers violated Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2015, concerning Public Order. Therefore, the two buskers were asked to fill out the minutes of the examination to be processed without a light crime (tipiring) on April 12 next.
"We have to do a tipiring trial for them, because busking is an activity that violates local regulations," he added.
As a regional regulation enforcer, Sudarsana emphasized that his party is obliged to bring order to the buskers so that the face of Denpasar City remains beautiful, safe and beautiful.
"To keep the face of the city safe, beautiful and beautiful in a sustainable manner, we will continue to carry out enforcement," he said.
