In fact, he said, many political parties are unhealthy. According to him, political parties currently in parliament are categorized as active and organizationally healthy. However, beyond that, there are still many political parties that are not active even though they are legal entities. This condition often causes many political parties to experience internal conflicts, are dynamic, and beset by other problems, he said. On the one hand, he explained, the process of disbanding a political party is not a simple or easy matter. This is because the law states that the dissolution of a political party must go through the Constitutional Court (MK). legal entities must be able to carry out their duties and functions. The problem is, not all political parties in the country can carry out this well. For example, he said, several parties whose term of office has ended but are not reported or managed to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Not only that, referring to data from the last five years from 75 political parties that are legal entities, only about 32 political parties are administratively active.
