Apex Legend Delivers Console Update With 4K And HDR Release
JAKARTA - Respawn Entertainment confirmed that the Apex Legend upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will launch alongside the new Warriors collection event from March 29 to April 12.
"The battle never stops for our Legend: prove the ferocity of your troops at the Warrior Collection Event. Fight other players when Control returns, try out the new Arena map and unlock Crypto Heirlooms starting March 29," the developer wrote in a statement on Twitter.

When The Verge spoke to the developers ahead of the launch of the current season, Defiance, they said, "We'll see new next-generation features roll out throughout the year with new seasons."
Other confirmed features in the works are adaptive triggers and haptic support for the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller.

The Warriors event will bring back a limited time control mode for another two weeks, with some upgrades and a new map. One thing that wasn't mentioned at all in the update was about last week's massive content leak which revealed the new characters, skins, weapons, and emotes the developer is working on.
