The roll phone has the code name "Diamond" which seems to be similar to the Oppo X 2021 concept.
Samsung does have a special chipset made for high-end phones, namely the Exynos 2200.
But so far for their foldable device in the Samsung Galaxy Z series, the chipset used so far is from Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon since the series was launched three years ago.
Regarding its roll phones, Samsung has been able to create flexible panels and although it still faces some challenges so that production seems to be still very limited.
Rolled phones have actually been discussed for a long time, not only by Samsung but by other cell phone manufacturers such as Oppo.
Oppo has even shown a prototype of its first roll phone in 2020, but so far the product has not been commercially marketed.
