Sinar Mas Land, Owned By Conglomerates Eka Tjipta Widjaja And Mitsubishi, Builds 46-Story Apartment In Fatmawati, South Jakarta, Worth IDR 1.2 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT Duti Diamond Development, a joint venture company between Mitsubishi Corporation through its subsidiary PT Diamond Development Indonesia (PT DDI) and Sinar Mas Land through PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk developed the Kizo Residence project in South Jakarta with a value of approximately IDR 1.2 trillion.

Previously, the two companies had successfully developed a mixed-use development consisting of a high-end residential and commercial area at The Zora BSD City. President Director of PT Diamond Development Indonesia Kenji Ono said Kizo Residence consists of 46 floors and has 20 facilities that are integrated with commercial areas to meet the needs of the residents.

This latest property product carries the Japanese residential concept and is located in a strategic location, namely in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

"Kizo Residence also has premium access because it is right in front of the Haji Nawi MRT Station. It takes less than 30 minutes to go to the center of Jakarta and the surrounding areas," he said, as quoted on Friday, March 24.

Kizo Residence has its own advantages and attractions for the community because it is in a strategic location right in front of the MRT Station. This advantage is not always available to other projects.

Kizo Residence combines high-quality Japanese and Indonesian culture. It also presents the atmosphere of Tokyo in this residence which will be realized through Ofuro Japanese Spa facilities for residents.

National Commercial CEO Sinar Mas Land Hongky J. Nantung said the total project value of IDR 1.2 trillion Kizo Residence was prepared to meet the needs of Kizo Residence's main market, which is very large.

The apartment is right in the middle of the commercial area and flanked by large office centers on the north and south sides, namely Senayan, Sudirman, and TB Simatupang. This residence is offered starting from IDR 1 billion to IDR 3 billion with monthly installments starting from IDR 7 million in the middle of Jakarta.
