Central Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office Completes Rescue Of RRI Palangka Raya Official House
PALANGKA RAYA - The Head of the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office, Iman Wijaya through the Datun Coordinator, Erianto said the State Attorney's Office (JPN) Kejati again received the handover of one unit of the LPP RRI Palangka Raya official house from a third party.
"One official house that we received complements the two similar assets that we have received previously," said Erianto, quoted by Antara, Thursday, March 24.
The handover of the official house by a third party was accepted by the JPN team leader Erianto as well as the Datun Field Coordinator accompanied by Lusiana O Raksapati as Head of Legal Advisory and Syamsuri as JPN on Wednesday (23/3) at the local Prosecutor's Office.
An hour later, the JPN team from the Central Kalimantan Attorney General's Office immediately handed it over to the head of LPP RRI Palangka Raya Said Abdilah. After signing all the documents, both parties visited the object of the house and gave a sign so that no one else would take over.
A few months earlier, the Central Kalimantan JPN Kejati team, which was also led by Erianto, managed to make an agreement with a third party to hand over the assets of two official housing units along with a large yard behind the RRI Palangka Raya complex.
"Our task is complete as the recipient of the power of attorney to return all state assets, in this case LPP RRI Palangka Raya, which has long been controlled by a third party," said the official with two jasmines.
The Head of the Central Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office, Iman Wijaya, represented by the Assistant for Civil and State Administration, Edi Irsan Kurniawan, advised LPP RRI Palangka Raya in managing assets to follow the provisions of the applicable legislation.
The use of assets by employees of LPP RRI Palangka Raya as well as government agencies or other SOEs must be clear from the start. There must be black and white, what is the content of the agreement and the handover.
"Thus, when a third party retires or is no longer entitled to it, it will be bound to immediately return it with the appropriate conditions when it was received and as it was when it was handed back," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of LPP RRI Palangka Raya, Said Abdilah, expressed his gratitude to the Head of the Central Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office and his staff who had helped voluntarily return a number of official houses. He also thanked third parties who have cared for the state's goods and assets.
"Alhamdulillah, with the handover of three units of assets in the form of official houses from JPN Kejati Kalteng. If there are no obstacles, we will immediately fix them for the benefit of female employees and technical operator officers in supporting performance," said Said Abdilah.
