Tabanan-Ombudsman RI Sign Memorandum Of Understanding On Public Services
TABANAN - Tabanan Regent I Komang Gede Sanjaya emphasized his commitment to improving the quality of transparent public services, therefore his party signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chairman of the Indonesian Ombudsman Mokhammad Najih.
In the signing which was also witnessed directly by the Head of the Ombudsman Representative for Bali, Umar Ibnu Alkhatab, Chairman of the Ombudsman Mokhammad Najih appreciated the steps taken by the Tabanan Regency Government to improve the quality of public services. Moreover, in 2021, the Tabanan Regency Government will enter the green zone for public service compliance standards. Najih said the ombudsman has the task of providing supervision and continuing to provide assistance to the village level, to realize community welfare through quality public services. "Meanwhile, Tabanan Regent Komang Sanjaya, said that his party is very committed to the quality of public services, especially in the vision and mission towards a new era of Tabanan that is safe, superior and civil (AUM).
"Quality public services are a fixed price, because we realize that public services are tangible evidence of the government's presence in the midst of society. Good service will improve people's welfare, otherwise bad service will also give bad perception in society," he said. quoted by Antara. The Regent of Tabanan Sanjaya added, to realize this commitment, compliance with public service standards is part of the performance agreement and the fact of integrity in each regional apparatus. with the signing of this memorandum of agreement, his party hopes to strengthen the synergy and coordination of public administration within the Tabanan Regency Government, so that, it will lead to improving the quality of public services in Tabanan Regency, namely, services that are transparent, clean, easily accessible, and easy to understand.
