Case Of Moge Collision With Twins Transferred To Ciamis Prosecutor

CIAMIS - The Ciamis Resort Police (Polres) confirmed that the case of a big motorbike driver (Moge) who hit two twins to death in Pangandaran Regency, West Java, had been transferred to the Ciamis District Attorney.

"It has been stage 1, it has been handed over to the Ciamis District Attorney," said Head of the Ciamis Police Traffic Unit AKP Zanuar Cahyo Wibowo, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, March 22.

According to him, the case files for motorbike drivers with the initials AN and AP were handed over on Monday (21/3). The case file will then be followed up by the Prosecutor's Office.

Previously, the Ciamis Police found the fact that one of the motorbikes that became evidence of the collision case was a fake vehicle.

Because, said Zanuar, the license plate of one of the motorbikes he was driving was not registered in the registration number of the police. According to him, the license plate of one of the vehicles, namely D 1993 NA, is the number for passenger transport vehicles.

"One vehicle (police number) is not registered," he said.
