VIDEO: Seconds Russian Rocket Hits Mall Area In Kyiv Ukraine

JAKARTA - Ukraine has again claimed that the Russian carried out attacks on civilian areas. A shopping center in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, was hit by rockets, Sunday, March 20 local time. Citing the Twitter account of The Kyiv Independent, a video was uploaded from CCTV, when the rocket hit the mall area.
