Bogor DPRD Chairman Follows Up On The Aspirations Of Bojongkoneng-Cijayanti Residents
BOGOR - Head of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Rudy Susmanto, followed up on the aspirations of the residents of Bojongkoneng and Cijayanti villages regarding the polemic of land ownership by 913 family heads in the village.
"We have received the residents' aspirations which have been submitted in writing. I have also coordinated with the Bogor Regent, the Head of the Police, and the Dandim of the Bogor Regency regarding what the residents of Bojongkoneng Village said today," said Rudy Susmanto in Cibinong as quoted by Antara, Monday, March 21. .
Rudy admitted that he had conveyed the aspirations of the people from the two villages to Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives and the central government regarding concerns about the cancellation of the program for granting 913 proprietary land certificates if the Indonesian House of Representatives formed a Special Committee (Pansus) for Land Mafia.
"Since Friday, we will process it immediately, hopefully it will produce the best and benefit the community," said Rudy.
He also ensured that his party would request that the program continue, particularly regarding the continuation of the inventory, verification, and validation of land ownership status which is being pursued by the village government and supported by the Bogor Regency Government.
"Residents are worried that the program will stop, so we will write to the government so that the program will be continued later.
Meanwhile, Bogor Police Chief AKBP Iman Imanuddin said that the police and TNI were grateful to the protesters for carrying out their actions in an orderly manner. Iman hopes that all parties must maintain a conducive climate for the region.
"We, the government will always be here for the community and provide protection to the community. The best efforts for the benefit of the community will be guarded to the end while upholding human rights, maintaining investment, guided by the law and maintaining security stability," said Iman.
Dandim 0621/Bogor Regency Lt. Col. Kav. Gan Gan Rusgandara admitted that he was ready to oversee local government policies to resolve land problems in the Bojongkoneng and Cijayanti areas.
"In principle, we will be ready to oversee local government policies to resolve land problems in Sentul properly and maintain security stability in Bogor Regency," he said.
Previously, about 400 residents of the Bojongkoneng and Cijayanti villages broke into the Bogor Regency DPRD Building, West Java, Friday, March 18. They expressed their aspirations regarding the land dispute of PT Sentul City, Tbk.
Hundreds of residents who claim to be natives expressed their rejection of the plan to form a Special Committee (Pansus) for the Land Mafia by the Indonesian House of Representatives initiated by the Commission III entourage during a working visit to Bojongkoneng last Thursday.
Resident coordinator Acep Saripudin revealed that the natives of Bojongkoneng and Cijayanti villages were disappointed when the members of Commission III of the DPR RI arrived because they were deemed not to accommodate their aspirations as natives.
"Regarding the visit of Commission III of the DPR RI yesterday, we natives are very disappointed, we were not given the opportunity to express our aspirations. We were not involved in the meeting," Acep said after meeting the chairman of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Rudy Susmanto.
