Police Haven't Examined The Family Of The Victim Who Was Stunted At The Pulomas Elite Housing Because They Are Still Grieving

JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit has yet to conduct an examination of the families of the victims related to the death of a family due to electrocution of a water heater that occurred in an elite housing estate in Pulomas Barat 12, Kayu Putih Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Budi Sartono admitted that the victim's family was still in mourning, so the atmosphere was still mourning.

"Meanwhile, the family is still in mourning. Yesterday, they asked for information verbally," said Kombes Pol Budi Sartono to reporters, Monday, March 21, noon.

However, the Police have returned to processing the crime scene (TKP) at the scene by deploying a team from the Puslabfor Polri Headquarters.

"Later, when the grief (grief) is over, we will ask (for information from the victim's family) in writing. We will call the Police (East Jakarta) or we will check on the spot," he said.

Meanwhile, Pulogadung Police Chief Kompol David said his party was still investigating the incident.

"The victim's family is in mourning. No one has been investigated yet. Just for interrogation, the initial examination related to the chronology is only from the existing witnesses," said Kompol David.

Until now, the bodies of a family named Bernard Gunawan (37) husband, Novianti (29) wife and their child with the initials EA (1) a toddler boy have been at Heaven's funeral home, North Jakarta.

"The bodies want their traditional procession. (the victims) are Chinese, because they want to be cremated at Heaven's funeral home for a few days, waiting for their families to come. Meanwhile, his assistant (Sumiati) has already been dispatched to his village," said the police chief.
