JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) decided to distribute a portion of its net profit in 2021 as dividends to shareholders. The value is IDR 17.9 trillion or equivalent to IDR 145 per share.

Of that amount, BCA has distributed an interim dividend of IDR 25 per share on December 7, 2021. Thus, the bank belonging to the Hartono Brothers conglomerate will distribute the remaining dividend of IDR 120 per share.

For investors who want to receive dividends from BCA, they must be prepared to follow the following important dates.

Citing information from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Monday, March 21, BCA has set the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiated markets on March 25, 2022.

Then ex dividends in the regular market and negotiating market on March 28, 2022.

In addition, BCA set a cum dividend on the cash market on March 29, 2022 and ex dividend on the cash market on March 30, 2022.

Equally important, March 29, 2022 is also the recording date for the names of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends. The cash dividend payment of Rp120 per share will take place on April 19, 2022.
