VIDEO: Taking Advantage Of Prayer Victims, Two Youths Steal Gas Cylinders At A Coffee Shop, CCTV Caught

JAKARTA - This is the theft of gas cylinders which was recorded by CCTV cameras. The incident occurred on Jalan Andong, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The perpetrators amounted to two people on motorbikes. Seen one of the perpetrators down and into the coffee shop. The perpetrator immediately grabbed a gas cylinder measuring three kilograms and took it away without being noticed. The two perpetrators took advantage of the quiet situation when the victim was performing the Maghrib prayer. Watch the video below.
