Growth Mindset And Fixed Mindset, What's The Difference?
JAKARTA - The human mindset is divided into two types, namely growth mindset and fixed mindset. These two types of mindset determine a person's character and personality. You can judge a person's mindset when you work with that person. You can tell how someone is thinking by watching their reactions when they are in trouble.
For those of you who have never heard of the terms growth mindset and fixed mindset, here's an explanation of both.
Growth mindsetThe growth mindset is a mindset that is always evolving. People who have a growth mindset plant confidence and believe that success can be achieved by working hard. This person tends to want to learn, evaluate themselves, and continue to add knowledge for self-development.
When faced with problems, people with a growth mindset tend to focus on solutions in solving these problems, so that problems will be easily resolved properly. People with a growth mindset are classified as people who like challenges and want to move from their comfort zone.
Fixed mindsetPeople with a fixed mindset tend to dislike change. They like to blame others around them and expect everyone to understand themselves well. They rely heavily on their own ability to be proficient at one thing so they don't have the desire to learn new things because they feel they are smart. People with a fixed mindset include people who are reluctant to get out of their comfort zone.
