Starting Monday 7 March, ASN In Rejang Lebong Bengkulu 50 Percent WFO
REJANG LEBONG - The Regency Government (Pemkab) of Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu Province, has again imposed a 50 percent work system for state civil servants (ASN) following the increase in the spread of COVID-19.
Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Rejang Lebong Regency, Yusran Fauzi, said that Rejang Lebong Regency is currently together with seven other regencies/cities in Bengkulu Province implementing level 3 Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
"Starting Monday, March 7, we will implement a 50 percent work system from the office or WFO and 50 work from home (WFH). This applies in addition to ASN as well as freelance daily workers or THL," he said in Rejang Lebong, Antara, Friday, 4 March.
He explained that the 50 percent WFH and 50 percent WFO work system arrangement was a follow-up to Inmendagri No.14/2022, dated February 28, regarding PPKM level 3, level 2 and level 1.
With the division of ASN and THL working hours, he said, both at home and at the office will be regulated by each OPD head and will then make a report to the Rejang Lebong Regency Government.
Although 50 percent of ASN and THL will work from home, he said, they will not be separated from monitoring because those who work from home are required to submit reports on their work through online media in accordance with applicable regulations.
"How long will the implementation of the 50 percent WFH and WFO work system, we are still looking at the development of COVID-19 cases in Rejang Lebong Regency and further instructions from the Ministry of Home Affairs," said Yusran Fauzi.
