Having High Value, Regent Julkarson Hehi Says North Morowali Residents Can Pawn Land Certificates For Business Capital
SULTENG - Regent of North Morowali (Morut) of Central Sulawesi Province (Sulteng) Delis Julkarson Hehi ensured that residents who want to run business activities can pledge their land certificates to the bank to get capital.
Land certificates in addition to functioning as legality or legal certainty over the land owned can also be guaranteed at the bank.
"This land certificate has a high value. Please guarantee it at the bank to get a loan as long as it is for a productive interest, namely generating multiple profits, such as for business capital," Delis said in North Morowali, Antara, Friday, February 25.
He also ensures that there are terms of good debt and bad debt in terms of borrowing money in banks with collateral.
"Bad debt is like borrowing money from a bank, it turns out that only consumptive things are bought. While good debt is intended for profitable interests, such as capital to run a business or other productive activities that generate profits," he said.
For this reason, he reminded that when pledging a land certificate at a bank to obtain a loan, residents must be absolutely sure that the loan can be returned within the specified time limit.
Because if not, the land certificate will be confiscated due to the inability of the guarantor to repay the loan.
