PLN Executive Vice President Corporate Communications and CSR Agung Murdifi explained, the ease of updating NIK/NPWP data through PLN Mobile also supports tax regulations that require PLN to include names, addresses according to their ID cards or NPWP, as well as passports (for foreign tax subjects) on electricity bill information. customer.
The tax rules referred to are contained in Government Regulation no. 48 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation No. 81 of 2015 concerning the Import and/or Delivery of Certain Strategic Taxable Goods that are Exempted from the Imposition of VAT.
"With the feature of updating NIK and NPWP data, PLN wants to help improve the quality of customer administration. PLN also guarantees the confidentiality of all customer data," Agung said in his statement, Friday, February 25.
Agung added that updating data via PLN Mobile is not complicated and only takes less than 10 minutes.
Here's an easy way to update your NIK/NPWP data via PLN Mobile: 1. You can use this PLN Mobile application on your smart phone by downloading it via the Play Store or App Store2. Enter the PLN Mobile application, click the "Profile" menu in the lower right corner.3. Select "My Services", then click the selected Customer ID. Continue by clicking "Self Data".4. The display of personal data will be visible, check the NIK according to the KTP and/or check the NPWP card. Perform data updates.
Customers are also advised to continue to use PLN Mobile to support electricity services. Starting from billing info, purchasing tokens, simulating new install requests, complaint services, and more.
