The Bodies Of 2 Victims Of Karaoke Burning During Clashes In Sorong Are Flown To Their Hometowns
SORONG - Two bodies of victims of karaoke burning in a bloody clash between two groups of residents in Sorong City, West Papua were flown to their hometowns.
The bodies of the victims of the Doubel O karaoke burning who were flown from Sorong to their hometowns were Desra Wahyudi Achiruluis and Christian Wahyu Rianto.
The body of Desra Wahyudi Achiruluis was flown from Sorong's Domine Eduard Osok Airport using a Lion Air plane bound for Surabaya via Jakarta.
Then the body of Christian Wahyu Rianto was flown from Domine Eduard Osok Airport, Sorong, using a Lion Air plane to Surabaya via Makassar.
The Head of Public Relations of the West Papua Police, Kombes Adam Erwindi, confirmed that his party had identified the bodies of Desra Wahyudi Achiruluis and Christian Wahyu Rianto, who were victims of the Doubel karaoke burning in the bloody clashes in the city of Sorong.
The two bodies have been handed over to the family to be brought back to their hometowns for a proper burial.
According to him, the two bodies were the last of the 17 people who died as a result of the bloody clashes in Sorong City to be identified.
"We have managed to identify the bodies of 17 victims of the Doubel0 karaoke burning during one month of work," he said
The bodies of Desra Wahyudi Achiruluis and Christian Wahyu Rianto were the last bodies because the bodies of the two victims suffered serious burns, so DNA tests were carried out.
