Tissue Paseo Manufacturer Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Issues IDR 4 Trillion Notes

JAKARTA - Paseo tissue producer PT Oki Pulp & Paper plans to issue bonds worth IDR 4 trillion. The bonds will start their offering period today (Tuesday, February 22) until March 11, 2022.

Citing the offer document, the company will conduct a public offering on March 24-25. Then the allotment on March 28 and the estimated registrar on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on March 30.

The new company will determine the coupons offered during the upcoming public offering period.

Even so, the plan is that the Sinarmas group company owned by conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja will divide the bonds into three series based on the issuance period.

Starting from series A 370 days, series B 3 years, and series C 5 years.

If it goes well, Oki Pulp & Paper will use the proceeds from the bond issuance, about 60 percent of which will be used for payment of debt installments in the form of principal and/or interest installments and the rest will be used for working capital which consists of purchasing raw materials, production auxiliary materials, energy and fuel, packaged goods and overhead costs.
