Urine Test Results Of The Deadly HRV Driver Who Hit The Motorbike And Died Negative For Drugs And Alcohol

JAKARTA - The police said that the suspect in the deadly accident in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, was driving not drunk. The urine test result was negative.

"The results of the urine test have come out. So the results are negative," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo to reporters, Friday, February 18.

From the results of the urine examination, there was no history of consuming alcohol or drugs in the suspect BT. However, Sambodo stated that his party was still waiting for more accurate blood test results.

"We are still waiting for the results of the blood (examination, red)," said Sambodo.

With the results of the urine examination, continued Sambodo, for the time being there is no change in the alleged article. Where, the suspect BT is still being charged with Article 310 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic and Transportation Law (LLAJ).

"The alleged article is Article 310 LLAJ," said Sambodo.

For information, the fatal accident occurred on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman to the north, precisely near Graha BNI, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta on Wednesday, February 16, early in the morning.

In the accident, the Honda HRV driven by BT hit three motorcycle riders. One of the motorcyclists died at the scene due to head injuries.
