Police Reveals One Of Two Perpetrators Killed At Poris Terminal, Tangerang City Residivis
TANGERANG - Tangerang Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin said one of the two perpetrators who died during the arrest of motorbike theft at Poris Plawad Terminal, Cipondoh, Tangerang City was a recidivist.
Regarding the identity of the perpetrator who died, Komarudin could not confirm it. "Yes, that's right (Residivis), from the results of the body examination at the hospital, so there were gunshot wounds on the right and left legs," said Komarudin when confirmed, Thursday, February 17.
“We asked what this mark was, and he admitted that it was a crime and he had already been punished. But we still haven't had time to develop his identity, he suddenly died," he continued.
Based on the number plate of the motorbike used by the perpetrator, it was stolen in the West Java area.
"So after we searched the ninja motorbike, it turned out that the stolen motorbike was reported by the police in Bandung. We have met the victim and admitted that it was the missing motorbike," he concluded.
Previously, it was reported that a police officer was shot with a firearm (senpi) in the Poris Terminal area, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Monday, February 14, early in the morning.
"Yes (true, it happened) near Poris Plawad Terminal, (So) the arrest of the theft case," said the Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Komarudin, Tuesday, February 15.
However, when asked whether the perpetrator had a firearm, Komarudin refused to answer. He said they were still investigating the case.
"(The suspect has a gun?) We are still investigating it," he said.
Komarudin said one of the two perpetrators fled. However, for one perpetrator has been shot measurably to death. "We are still hunting for one, the other one we died in hospital," he said.
