During the Bakrie Group's 80th anniversary, he said that the eight decades of growth had been achieved through various economic crises that hit the country as well as changes in the political situation and social conditions.
Anindya who is now one of the leaders in the third generation (G3) of the Bakrie Group emphasizes the importance of increasing business capabilities, in order to answer the challenges of the times.
"The company is committed to continuing to improve the competitiveness of the Bakrie group, especially when the world is experiencing major and fundamental changes. Climate change, digitalization and the COVID-19 pandemic can be interpreted as new business opportunities that must be utilized by continuing to carry out business transformation," he said.
He also mentioned the importance of innovation for business continuity and in the future, industries that will survive and thrive in this digital era are those based on innovation, and conventional business models must be given a touch of innovation so that they are more flexible and able to face digitalization.
Furthermore, it is said that the ability of the business group to survive until the age of 80 is due to the support from various parties.
