Population Survey: 9.5 Percent Of Residents Believe Anies Is Involved In Alleged Corruption In Formula E, 59 Percent Not
JAKARTA - Populi Center released the results of a survey regarding the implementation of Formula E in Jakarta. Respondents were asked about the involvement of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan in the alleged corruption of Formula E.
Respondents in this survey are residents of DKI. As a result, the majority of residents of the capital city consider that Anies is not involved in the alleged corruption in this racing event.
"The majority of the public, 59.8 percent, do not believe that Anies Baswedan is involved in the Formula E corruption case," said Populi Center researcher Raffi Pamenang Imawan in his statement, Wednesday, February 9.
Then, as many as 9.5 percent of residents believed that Anies was involved in the alleged corruption of Formula E, 27.5 percent did not know the issue of the alleged corruption of Formula E, and 3.2 percent refused to answer.
Then, respondents were again asked whether there was corruption in the implementation of Formula E. A total of 32 percent of respondents considered that there was an element of corruption in Formula E, 22.5 percent thought there was none, 39.7 percent did not know about the issue, and 5.8 percent refused to answered. It is known that the Populi Center survey was conducted from January 26 to February 1 2022 with a sample of respondents spread proportionally in 60 urban villages in DKI Jakarta.
The survey was conducted through face-to-face or face-to-face interviews. An initial sample of 600 was selected at random (multistage random sampling) with a margin of error for the survey with an estimated sample size of ± 4 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
