Bringing Piles Of Documents, Head Of DKI DPRD Gives Information To KPK Regarding Formula E Budget Investigation

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, for questioning regarding the budgeting for alleged corruption in the implementation of Formula E.

Today, the PDIP politician fulfilled the summons by visiting the KPK's Red and White Building. This he revealed in the Instagram account @prasetyoedimarsudi.

"This morning I came to the Red and White Building, Kuningan, South Jakarta to provide information to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding the case of the implementation of Formula E," said Prasetyo on Tuesday, February 8.

Prasetyo came wearing a white shirt, jeans, and a dark blue jacket. He came with a pile of documents related to the preparation of the budget starting from the KUA-PPAS, the draft APBD to the APBD.

"I leave everything to the KPK investigators. I hope the document will help the KPK during the investigation process," said Prasetyo.

Prasetyo admitted that he would explain all the budgeting processes related to Formula E to the anti-corruption agency, including the disbursement of the commitment fee.

"I will also convey what I know in the budgeting process. Starting from proposals, discussions, to budget approval. Then how is the commitment fee payment of IDR 560 billion made before the Regional Budget Regulation is passed," he said.

Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also asked for information from the Chairman of Commission E of the DKI DPRD Iman Satria and Deputy Chair of Commission E of the DPRD DKI Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo regarding this case.

Commission E, which is in charge of people's welfare, is in charge of overseeing the budgeting of the DKI Youth and Sports Office, which has submitted a Formula E budget since 2019.
