Rhinitis Surgery, ENHYPEN's Sunghoon Absent From Music Bank

JAKARTA - Unpleasant news came from Sunghoon, a member of ENHYPEN. The BELIFT LAB agency stated that the idol must be absent from activities.

“Hello this is BELIFT LAB. We would like to inform fans that ENHYPEN's Sunghoon will not be able to host this week's broadcast of Music Bank," said the agency, releasing Soompi on Wednesday, February 2.

Sunghoon had to rest after having a rhinitis surgery he just had on Chinese New Year.

"Sunghoon felt uncomfortable when singing and doing activities due to symptoms of rhinitis, and on January 29 he had surgery during Chinese New Year," the agency said.

As a result, Sunghoon is currently asked to rest until an undetermined time. Instead, another ENHYPEN member - Jungwon will fill Sunghoon's position as the emcee.

"Right now Sunghoon is recovering but he can't appear as MC Music Bank on Friday, February 4th to rest," concluded the BELIFT LAB statement.

Fans also expressed their worries through the words GET WELL SOON SUNGHOON which was sitting on the trending topic of social media.

“Our Sunghoon has already seen how brave and strong you are. We wish for healing and every difficult step, ENGENES (ENHYPEN fans) are always with you," said one fan.

"Hoonie, I hope that after this operation you can breathe freely, no longer sneeze or no longer have difficulty breathing whenever you are cold, hot, eat spicy food and other things that used to trigger your allergic rhinitis," said another fan to Sunghoon ENHYPEN.

Meanwhile, ENHYPEN just made a comeback with Blessed-Cursed which was released on January 10th.
