The Matter Of Shaking Celurit To The Barber Ends Peacefully, Resolved By Family

JAKARTA - Police officers from the Bogor Resort Police managed to mediate a barber with the initials S with his customer brandishing a sickle in Jonggol, Bogor Regency, West Java, until it ended peacefully.

"Finally, victim S decided to resolve the problem amicably and in a family manner," said Jonggol Sector Police Chief Kompol Sularso in a written statement, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, February 1.

According to him, victim S came to the Jonggol Sector Police Office on Sunday, January 30, 2022, asking for assistance from the Jonggol Sector Police to mediate the events that occurred on Sunday, January 23, 2022.

"Furthermore, Kanit Sabhara and Patrol members accompanied victim S to mediate with the man at the Bukit Orcid Security Post for Citra Indah Housing," explained Sularso.

He said that initially the commotion, which had gone viral on social media because it was recorded by surveillance cameras or CCTV, occurred at around 17.30 WIB at the DP Barbershop located in Jonggol, Bogor Regency.

Sularso said that a man who came to victim S holding a sickle was a consumer who was dissatisfied with the results of the haircut by victim S.

The reason is, the man has asked victim S to shave according to the hairstyle shown using a cellphone.

"Feeling that the haircut did not suit the man, he did not accept it and took a sharp knife in his car and then pointed it at victim S while scolding him," said Sularso.
