Eriksen has undergone a media test some time ago. Eriksen's medical process is more complicated than that of a normal player, considering that he suffered a heart attack seven months ago while playing for the Danish national team at the 2020 European Cup (Euro).
From then on, Eriksen had to be put on a cardiac assistive device. He will also need to be treated by a club-appointed sports cardiologist before being registered to play in the Premier League.

The English Football Federation (FA) reviewed Eriksen's cardiology report before allowing Brentford to register him.
Brentford finally completed the entire process before the transfer deadline closed today, given he is currently on a free transfer.
As for Eriksen's previous club, Inter Milan were forced to terminate his star contract last month because the Italian Football Federation banned footballers from playing while still using a pacemaker.
Earlier this month, Eriksen revealed his intention to continue playing football and that he hopes to play for Denmark at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Eriksen played for Tottenham Hotspur between 2013 and 2020, and he made more than 300 appearances for the north London side.
