Ganjar: Senior Entrepreneurs And Pioneers Must Collaborate To Rise From The Pandemic
SEMARANG - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo stated that all elements of society in this province must collaborate to rise from adversity due to the pandemic. All parties must work together, including young entrepreneurs.
The collaboration is a direct order from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
"The President's order is that the economy must recover today, so collaboration for the economic recovery program must be prepared, friends," said Ganjar while attending the 15th Regional Conference of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (Hipmi) Central Java at the Hotel Dafam, Semarang, Saturday (29/1). ).
Also present at the Musda Mayor of Semarang Hendrar Prihadi and Kendal Regent Dico M Ganinduto. Musda will elect a replacement general chairman for Billy Dahlan, who has served since 2018.
An example of a simple collaboration is sharing experiences of surviving an economic storm. Senior entrepreneurs can share their knowledge on how to manage, survive, and have to review their business with pioneering entrepreneurs.
"In the future, we hope that Hipmi will become a room for young people, prospective entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs, startups to be able to come together so that they share to be adaptive to change," he said.
Ganjar also advised the new management of Hipmi to be compact and immediately make a breakthrough program.
"Today there is no need for enemies, what is needed is a team to be able to collaborate. After that, because there was quite a lot of experience from seniors, they immediately made collaborations," he said.
