JAKARTA - Lintasarta recorded a significant increase in data communication service traffic during the 2026 Idulfitri holiday, which was driven by a surge in activity in the banking, transportation, retail, distribution, and public services sectors, with network quality remaining stable.

Despite the spike, the company ensures that service quality remains stable and reliable through the strengthening of artificial intelligence (AI) based infrastructure and 24/7 operational readiness.

Significant improvements were also seen in the speed of handling disturbances which increased by almost 60% compared to the previous year.

The handling of the disruption is faster because it has used AI to conduct analysis and diagnostics, so that service recovery can be accelerated and the impact on customers minimized.

In addition, the number of network disruptions was recorded as decreasing by 20% compared to last year, in line with the increase in High Availability (HA) and Point of Presence (PoP) designs.

This decline shows an improvement in the quality of services as a whole, both on the main network and to the end user.

Director & Chief Telco Services Officer of Lintasarta, Zulfi Hadi, said that AI-based operational transformation allows the company to proactively monitor the network, automate handling, and increase end-to-end response speed.

Traffic management is also carried out dynamically through routing optimization and the implementation of contingency plans at various critical points of the network.

"Through the Beyond AI Factory's capabilities, we not only monitor the network, but also perform proactive maintenance for service quality that touches the threshold, automate handling, and increase end-to-end response speed," said Zulfi.

This achievement is part of the Beyond Infrastructure strategy, which is now strengthened through the Beyond AI Factory capability, by integrating AI technology in the management of networks and services end-to-end.

"Our focus is not only to ensure that services continue to run, but to ensure that customers and industries can continue to operate without obstacles at the most crucial moment," concluded Zulfi.

Going forward, Lintasarta will continue to bring AI-based innovations and expand collaboration to strengthen an inclusive and sustainable national digital ecosystem.
