JAKARTA - AICO, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) community, successfully held Cosmic Affair. This is the first matchmaking event in Indonesia that combines AI with astrological science.
Reynaldi Francois, Co-Founder of AICO, explained that this event was based on the high public trust in Western and Chinese astrology. Therefore, AICO is interested in combining these sciences with AI technology.
Cosmic Affair was attended by 120 participants from various professions, ranging from entrepreneurs to content creators. To help them find the right speaking partner, all participants were asked to fill out a special form that included birth data.
After the birth data is entered, the data is processed by AI that AICO uses to generate an analysis of the personality of its participants. Based on the data obtained, AICO forms a matchmaking system with two interaction formats.
The first format is The Squad, which is to find new friendships in the form of a group. The next format is The Spark, a matchmaking concept specifically created for the search for relationships or romantic partners.
"In my opinion, (the data produced by AI) is very accurate and in accordance with the science studied," explained Reynaldi in a statement received by VOI, quoted on Wednesday, February 18. "We combine two astrological sciences (Western and Chinese) to produce an accurate algorithm. As long as the date of birth and the time are accurate, the results will be accurate."
Even though you have to enter personal data before the event, Tommy Teja as the Founder of AICO ensures that participant data will remain safe. All data remains confidential until the end of the event and they will delete it after the event ends.
Both Tommy and Reynaldi hope that Cosmic Affair can be an interesting AI experiment. Through this event, the two also want to show that AI has very important benefits, even in real-world human-to-human interactions.
