Encouraging Digital Ecosystem, Huawei Strengthens National Cyber Resilience Commitment

JAKARTA Huawei reinforces its commitment to Indonesia's digital future. This commitment was conveyed through the National Cybersecurity Connect 2025 (NCC 2025) event.

For two days held in October 2025, Huawei received the Public-Private Partnership Award. This award is given as an appreciation for Huawei's contribution and collaboration in strengthening the national cybersecurity ecosystem.

This award confirms that Huawei is participating in the development of a secure and resilient digital ecosystem in the country. The company is also actively collaborating with stakeholders to achieve its commitments.

"Thank you for the trust and appreciation given to Huawei Indonesia through the award we received," said Syarbeni, Huawei Indonesia's Cyber Security and Privacy Officer (CSPO), quoted on Thursday, November 13.

When receiving the award, Syarbeni emphasized that all parties must take a role in maintaining cyberspace. According to Syarbeni, this step will encourage economic growth through the digital ecosystem.

As part of the company's commitment, Huawei is holding a special Cybersecurity Workshop. This event was held for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from the national vital sector, namely health and industry.

At NCC 2025, Huawei was also involved in a high-level congress related to National Cyber Security and Resilience. Huawei actively provides input from an industry perspective, including regarding supply chain security.
