Motorola Edge 70 Release Soon: Super Thin Smartphone Launches November 5, 2025

JAKARTA Motorola has finally confirmed the official launch date for Edge 70, its newest ultrathin smartphone which is claimed to be theakst phone the company has ever made. Based on an announcement on the official Motorola website, this device will be introduced globally on November 5, 2025.

After weeks of flooding and rumors, the presence of Edge 70 confirmed a new trend in the smartphone industry: a super thin design. With the body just under 6 millimeters thick, Edge 70 is ready to compete with other phones that carry similar designs such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air.

Motorola Edge 70 will come in three elegant color variants: Bronze Green, Gadget Gray, and Lily Pad. On the back, this phone is equipped with a 50MP main camera with a pixel size of 2.0 Celsius and OIS (Optic Image Stabilization) support, as well as an ultra wide lens. It is not yet certain whether the third camera will function as a telephoto lens or macro/depth sensor.

This model is believed to be the global version of Moto X70 Air, which will be launched in China at the end of October 2025. Although there are no complete details regarding technical specifications, the leak says Edge 70 will be equipped with Dolby Atmos-tech stereo speakers, RAM to 12GB, and 512GB of internal storage.

Interestingly, unlike the Galaxy S25 Edge or iPhone Air which is categorized as an expensive flagship, the Motorola Edge 70 is positioned as a medium-premium class phone. This means that users can get a thin and luxurious design without having to spend too much.
