Privy Provides Digital Signature Technology For Land Service BP Batam

Privy, a leading digital trust service provider, is appointed to provide digital signature services for land licensing in the Batam Free Trade Area and Free Port (BP), Riau Islands.

The technology provided by Privy will be used to support services of various administrative management such as land allocation applications documents, land rights extensions and land rights updates.

CIO PT Privy Digital Identity (Privy), Krishna Chandra welcomed Privy's appointment for digital signature service by BP Batam Land Management and Implementation.

"We are happy that Privy is trusted to simplify and accelerate administrative management at BP Batam, using our digital signature technology," Krishna said.

Through this system, users can only register once to be able to use electronic signature services, biometric-based identity verification, and e-Meterai for document legalization.

All data and verification processes are claimed to be carried out safely, with the support of facial activity detection technology and digital identity validation.

The digital signature service provided by Privy, which has received ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification on privacy management systems for personal data, is also directly connected to a database stored in BP Batam, which will quickly adjust the registered user documents.
