JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) is working with Google Cloud in launching the latest search features, which utilize AI-based Semantic Search technology in the myIM3 and Bima+ applications.
This technology allows customers to conduct searches more relevant, personal, and efficient, making it easier for them to find products and services that suit their needs.
This capability supported by Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform allows the system to understand customer behavior and preferences deeply. So that it can perform personalized searches for each user.
In addition, the Semantic Search technology is also strengthened by Sahabat-AI, a large language model for open source Indonesian-language models, which is specially designed to understand the local context, including support for various regional languages and dialects.

Indosat emphasized that AI-based personalization capabilities are able to provide a more personal and relevant service search experience. In fact, AI-based personalization is able to increase the efficiency of the company.
