ROG Xbox Ally And ROG Xbox Ally X To Be Released For October 16

JAKARTA - Microsoft and ASUS officially announced the launch date of their two new handheld devices, namely ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X. Both models will be released simultaneously on October 16.

At its premiere, Xbox Ally will be available in various countries including Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and many more. Other markets such as Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Thailand will follow.

The presence of this device is said to open a new era of playing portable games with high-end performance and features specifically designed for gamers.

Xbox Ally X is designed for gamers who want the most sophisticated handheld experience. Equipped with 1TB storage, 24GB RAM, 80Wh battery, and impulse triggers for a more immersive gaming experience.

With the support of Windows 11 as well as AMD processors Ryzen Z2 A and Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme, these two devices allow players to enjoy games from Xbox, Battle.net, to other popular PC stores wherever they are.

This device utilizes the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor with the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) to present AI-based features, such as: Automatic Super Resolution (Auto SR) to increase the resolution and frame rate of the game automatically, and Highlight REALs, which record the best moments of gameplay instantly to share on social media.

In addition, ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X are equipped with Windows 11-based full-screen Xbox interfaces, a special Xbox button for fast access, as well as an integrated game library from Xbox, Game Pass, and popular PC platforms.
