Timespace For Project Nirmala, Indonesia's First Autonomous Metahuman AI

JAKARTA - The spacetime, the first creative-tech in Indonesia, introduced Project Nirmala, the first fully autonomous AI metahuman in Indonesia to be claimed to be able to interact in real-time with the public.

Nirmala is an innovation to respond to AI developments that have come to a point that can produce an entity that has a living digital persona, is present, and can respond directly to the real world.

As an interactive AI, Nirmala can act as a brand representative who is always active 24/7, support customer services with a more personal approach, and become a digital talent that is scalable without time and location restrictions.

Project Nirmala's journey begins in 2020. Nirmala's journey continues to the end of 2023, when it begins to be intensely developed by the Spacetime team.

In May 2024, Nirmala began to be introduced to the public through video-on-demand (VOD) content and started conducting interactive live broadcasts for the first time on YouTube in March 2025 and TikTok in May 2025.

We have tested Nirmala several times in person. In the test, its autonomous capabilities proved to be able to read and respond to audience comments in real-time without human intervention," Seto added.

Developed with Unreal Engine, which allows for a very realistic metahuman display and Large Language Model (LLM). With this combination of technology, Nirmala appears as a responsive and lively AI person.

Throughout 2025, Space Time will develop Project Nirmala so that it can immediately be present in multi-platforms. In 2026, Space Time will focus on developing intellectual property (IP) as well as contributing to the community by providing multi access that allows this technology to be accessed by the general public.
