JAKARTA ALTO Network supports the expansion of the QRIS Merchant Presented Mode (MPM) payment system in Indonesia. In expanding this payment system, ALTO partnered with Xendit and Finnet.
ALTO, together with its two aggregators, wants to build an inclusive and efficient payment system based on technology. In line with this strategy, ALTO Network also supports Bank Indonesia's target of achieving 58 million QRIS users by the end of this year.
Bank Indonesia data shows that QRIS transactions per the first quarter of 2025 have reached 2.6 times with a total user of 56.3 million. The target of 58 million QRIS users is believed to be achieved because QRIS transaction volume continues to grow significantly.
"We are trying to expand the reach of QRIS MPM services so that they are more accessible to merchants throughout Indonesia. We believe that solid collaboration is key in building a competitive payment ecosystem," said ALTO Network CEO
Currently, ALTO has handled more than 10 million QRIS MPM transactions every month, an increase compared to previous years. QRIS MPM allows business actors to display QR codes that customers can scan directly.

By partnering with Finnet, Telkom Indonesia's subsidiary, ALTO wants to build a digital payment system that is equitable and sustainable. The hope is that this technology can be expanded to parts of Indonesia that have not been reached.
Meanwhile, Xendit will assist ALTO in presenting flexible API integration, in accordance with the needs of the QRIS MPM ecosystem. ALTO is also trying to continue to improve the security system through the ALTO Fraud Detection System (FDS).
This technology will help ALTO detect fraud. Using the FDS, ALTO seeks to provide comprehensive protection against suspicious digital transaction activity.
