JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid stated that he would continue to support Law Enforcement Officials in the ongoing legal process related to the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) project.
This statement came after the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Kejari) named five suspects in the PDNS corruption case, one of which was the former Director General of Informatics Applications at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan (SAP).
"The ministry fully supports the legal process, and we will immediately form an internal evaluation team to make thorough improvements regarding data center project governance," Meutya said in her official statement.
The five suspects named by the Prosecutor's Office for this case are Director General of Aptika (2016-2024) Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan and Director of Government Informatics Application Services, Directorate General of Aptika Kominfo, Bambang Dwi Anggono (BDA).
There is also Nova Zanda, Commitment Making Officer (PPK) in the procurement of goods/services and management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication.
Alfi Asman (AA), as Business Director of PT Aplika Nusa Lintas Arta 2014-2023 and Pini Panggar Agusti (PPA), as Account Manager of PT Dokotel Teknologi (2017-2021).
"Regarding the two Komdigi employees who have been named as suspects, we have dismissed both of them from their duties and functions to respect the ongoing legal process," continued Meutya.
