Tenable Cybersecurity Company Appoints Two New Co-CEOs

JAKARTA - Tenable, a cybersecurity company, announced the permanent appointment of Steve Vintz and Mark Thurmond as the company's Co-Chief Executive Officers.

The council also intends to appoint Vintz and Thurmond into the Council soon after the company's annual shareholder meeting which will be held on May 14, 2025.

Vintz, Tenable's Chief Financial Officer since 2014, and Thurmond, who have served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020, have had deep experience in industry and operations.

With this new position, Vintz will oversee products, cybersecurity, company development, and all general and administrative functions, while Thurmond will oversee GTM's functions including sales, professional services, technical support, marketing, and customer success.

Under their interim leadership, Tenable has expanded the reach of its customers, with the adoption of the Tenable One Expose Management platform and the growing momentum behind Tenable Cloud Security.

They also completed the strategic acquisition of badminton Cyber, advancing the Tenable product roadmap with the launch of a significantly expanded Tenable One version which we believe will become the most complete exposure management platform on the market.

Meanwhile, Coviello, a respected cybersecurity leader, will remain Chairman of the Council, and Steve Vintz will remain Head of Finance, while the company is searching for CFO.
