JAKARTA - Asia Foundation's Go Digital ASEAN Initiative has completed the second phase, providing important digital skills to 215,892 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) throughout Southeast Asia.

The initiative, which is carried out by the Asia Foundation with funding from Google.org, is intended to provide digital skills for all MSME players, in order to develop their business.

In Indonesia, there are more than 36,000 individuals and small businesses receiving free digital training, where 67 percent reported revenue growth of more than 50 percent.

"We don't just provide digital skills, we provide businesses with the tools needed to develop in the current economy," said Hannah Najar, Regional Program Manager for Go Digital ASEAN in an official statement quoted by VOI Monday, March 24.

Designed to support MSMEs in various stages of their digital journey, Go Digital ASEAN carries out three special training segments:
