JAKARTA - Google released several updates for its flagship smartphone, Pixel. Previously in October, Google had teased users with the addition of free VPN.

Finally, Google launched the free VPN along with several other updates for the Pixel on Monday, December 5 yesterday. Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro users can now use Google One VPN on their phone for free.

But unfortunately, VPN Google One cannot give you the ability to change location. However, this VPN will secure your browsing activity on the web and in the app.

Another new feature is Clear Calling, this Google-given Google AI-powered feature allows noise calls to be better by bringing your voice forward while reducing background noise. Clear Calling has previously been in beta since last October, and the feature is already available to all owners of the Pixel 7 series.

Recorders, Google AI-based voice memo apps, can now transcribed and set records for many people. It labels each speaker's text, separates their transcriptions from row breaks, useful for meetings or interviews.

Furthermore, Google said spatial audio will arrive in January 2023 for the Pixel Buds Pro paired with Pixel phones. This feature will provide surround sound effects tracked head for films and events. However, Google's version does not support music or the effect of fixed position surrounds.

Pixel owners will also look at new security and privacy centers. The app shows risk levels and settings to protect your data, and it will notify you of any issues detected while recommending improvements.
