Chen explained that anyone can join the PlayStation Stars for free. You just need to have an adult account for the PlayStation Network and receive the Program Service Requirement.
While you will benefit from becoming a member of the PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Plus membership is not required to join the PlayStation Stars.
PlayStation Stars can be accessed through PlayStation Apps on iOS and Android. You can also join PlayStation Stars via playstation.com.
With the PlayStation Stars, you will get a prize by completing various campaigns and activities.
