JAKARTA - Google released five new Chrome iOS features for iPhone and iPad users. Google says that this feature lets you store passwords securely.

Previously, Google has brought Safe Browsing to chrome on the web. But now, Enhanced Safe Annotation is available for iOS.

This feature will let Chrome predict and proactively warn you if you open a malicious web page, by sending information about it to Google Safe Browsing for review. So you can avoid the threat of phishing, malware, and other web-based threats.

The next feature is, Google Password Manager on iOS now lets you set it up as an AutoFill provider, so Chrome will help you quickly and securely generate, save and fill passwords to any website or app on your iOS device.

In addition, Google will make it easier for you to perform new searches on Chrome for iOS. On the start page when you open Chrome, instead of just looking at your recent tabs, you'll now see tools to start a new search or easily return to the sites you visit most often. This update will also be coming to Android soon.

What's more, Google launches a faster website translator, according to your preferred language.

Finally, Google will soon bring Chrome Actions to iOS to help you get more done quickly from Chrome's address bar.

For example, if you want to delete the search history on your chrome, you just need to type words like "Clear search history" in the search bar, then Google will automatically bring up the option to delete it directly without having to open settings.
