So, Goggles unlocks search rankings and filters transparently for everyone to use, share and improve.
Goggles will allow anyone, or any community of people, to create a set of rules and filters to limit the searchable space or change the order of search results.
This means, instead of a single ranking, Brave Search can offer an almost unlimited number of ranking options. Goggles can work the same way for any topic, any medium, any website.
