YOGYAKARTA - The Android 12 mobile operating system has a filtering feature that allows users to find out whether calls from numbers that are not stored in your contacts are spam or not.

Later, every call from the new number will be filtered by your device and ask the caller to state their identity. The caller's answer will be transcribed and displayed on your phone screen.

How to Enable Call Screening on Android

Select the Phone menu on the main page of your phone screen, then select the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.

Next, a number of menus will appear that you can choose from. To use the call screening feature, select the Settings menu or Settings in the available menu.

The user will enter the Phone settings menu, then select the Spam and Call Screening menu. In the Block Number menu, there is a choice of caller ID and Spam protection. If you want to use Spam filtering, then select enable.

Furthermore, whenever there is a number that is not listed in your contacts, the phone will automatically identify the incoming number as Spam or not.

The numbers identified as Spam are calls that use a Business ID or other. Users can also categorize the types of numbers included in the Spam list.

To do this, select the Call Screen menu, then select one or more categories of numbers that are included in your phone's Spam list. Furthermore, Google will automatically reject the call if the call comes from a robot.
