Both parties will later provide education and training to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the general public. Focusing on three main areas, namely accelerating digital HR competencies, increasing people's digital literacy, and accelerating digital transformation in the economic and business sectors.

Not only can boost the national economy, these three areas also help maximize Indonesia's potential as a digital economic power in the Southeast Asia region.

"Indeed, the focus is on training and education in the context of digital security governance, personal data protection, increasing digital literacy, we will also develop and assist the digitization of MSMEs, digital entrepreneurship training, as well as work together to support digital economy forums," said the Secretary. According to Mira, this is one of the issues that must be raised after the COVID-19 pandemic, and that includes MSMEs as well. In addition, Mira emphasized that the focus of Gojek and the Ministry of Communication and Information will be on digital entrepreneurship.

"Why MSMEs? Because these are the backbone of our economy, and are greatly affected during this pandemic, we help them not only survive but also rise and grow through the use of digital technology," said Mira.

This is in line with efforts to accelerate the implementation of the Digital Indonesia Roadmap for 2021-2024 launched by the Ministry of Communication and Information as a guide for implementing digital transformation in four pillars, namely digital infrastructure, digital government, digital society, and the digital economy.

To encourage the downstreaming or utilization of digital technology, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics also provides a series of digital-based training to the community, and in its implementation collaborates with various parties, ranging from government agencies, business actors including digital platforms, academics, communities, to the media.

Meanwhile, Gojek CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Aluwi said Gojek has also helped millions of driver partners to stay productive, as well as MSMEs who have switched to trying digital businesses, one of which is the GoFood feature.

"In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are increasingly proactive in accelerating digitization, starting from supporting MSMEs to migrate easily to the digital realm, increasing digital talent competence, to educating the public on how to safely use digital technology. The success of these efforts cannot be separated from Kominfo's support for the digital economy industry," said Kevin.

As already explained, the three pillars will be implemented in various programs between Gojek and various directorates, agencies and institutions under the Ministry of Communication and Information, including:
