Telkomsel uses the 2.3 GHz frequency for the data plane and the 1.8 GHz radio frequency band for the control plane. The company even calls this 5G speed 100 times faster than 4G. That way, the network certainly promises better download and upload speeds and a more comfortable experience for customers.

It should be noted that Telkomsel's 5G distribution for the DKI Jakarta area includes Kelapa Gading, Pondok Indah, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Bumi Serpong Damai, Widya Chandra, Alam Sutera, GraPARI Soekarno Hatta Airport, and other areas that will soon follow.
