BDx Data Centers has bagged a loan of US$320 million (around Rp5.4 trillion), to support its commitment to building world-class digital infrastructure across Asia.
Led by Bank Permata, BCA, and KB Bank, this transaction confirms the strong confidence of financial partners in BDx's long-term strategy and execution capabilities.
"This funding is a strong endorsement of BDx's vision and our role in driving the growth of the next generation of digital and AI-driven technology in Asia," said Mayank Srivastava, CEO of BDx Data Centers.
This loan facility will support a number of the company's strategic initiatives, including the continued development of CGK3, the BDx data center complex focused on artificial intelligence (AI) in the CBD area of Jakarta, which has been operating since September 2025.
As one of the first campuses in Jakarta to use liquid cooling technology, CGK3 is designed to support advanced AI workloads with high power requirements for companies and hyperscale service providers.
In addition, the loan funds will be used to refinance with more favorable terms, as well as to finance the investment to increase the capacity of the high voltage network at the BDx campus in Jatiluhur (CGK4) and Suryacipta (CGK5) to 1.2 GVA.
These campuses are being developed to meet the growing industry demand from hyperscaler and AI customers from the United States and regional areas.
"By investing in liquid cooling infrastructure optimized for AI, high-voltage power platforms, and a growing campus facility, we are building the next-generation infrastructure for 'AI Factories' that support very high-density GPU workloads," Mayank added.
BDx believes that this collaboration will be the foundation for BDx's growth and its ability to provide reliable, scalable, and energy-efficient facilities as the adoption of AI accelerates across the region.
