JAKARTA - Infinix has finally announced its latest operating system update, XOS 16, which is based on Android 16. This update brings a major focus on smarter and more functional artificial intelligence, as well as improved gaming performance, battery efficiency, and a cleaner interface.
Android 16 itself has been released since last year and has been present on a number of devices from other brands. Although it is not in the initial wave, Infinix ensures users do not have to wait long. XOS 16 will begin to be present on the latest Infinix devices such as the Hot 60 Pro and Hot 60 Pro Plus, before being rolled out to other models gradually.
The XOS 16 update places AI as the main feature. Infinix strengthens the Folax assistant with various new productivity functions. One of them is the ability to save screen content and automatically create summaries or drafts of the information.
The FlashMemo feature is also in the spotlight. With this feature, notes can be immediately converted into calendar events, phone calls, or navigation routes. In addition, AI Writing is present to help users tidy up social media captions, short messages, and other texts before sending.
Infinix also embeds an AI-based theme generator that allows users to create custom wallpapers and themes from just a text command or an image. Personalizing your phone is easier and more unique.
Artificial intelligence also penetrates the phone call feature. Through the AI Call Assistant, users can enjoy real-time call translation, automatic answering, to a summary of the conversation. For students and students, Infinix presents AI Translate, AI Scan to Document, AI Writing, and AI Problem Solving features that are intended to help learning activities.
XOS 16 also supports Google's Circle to Search feature, allowing users to search for information directly from the screen by simply circling an object or text.
For gamers, Infinix presents a number of improvements. This update brings frame interpolation for smoother visuals, Magic Voice Changer for in-game chat, and voice commands to perform certain actions while playing.

For availability, XOS 16 will be immediately installed on the latest generation of Infinix phones. Meanwhile, devices that are already in circulation will receive updates through a phased launch scheme.
