Motorola Opens Android 16 Beta Program For Moto G67 Power

JAKARTA - Motorola continues to expand its Android 16 availability, not only through stable releases, but also through the beta program which now includes more devices. After last week introducing the beta program for the Motorola Edge (2025), now it's Moto G67 Power's turn to get early access to the big update.

This announcement was made by Motorola through the company's official community forum. For now, the Android 16 beta program for Moto G67 Power is only available to users in India. The owner of the device in the supported region can register via the Motorola Feedback Network (MFN) to try Android 16 earlier, complete with new features being tested. Registration is done by filling out a special form prepared by Motorola.

Android 16 brings a number of significant improvements to Motorola devices. This update offers a more expressive design, better compatibility for LE audio devices, as well as enhanced protection against malicious applications and activity. One of the new features presented is Flash notices, which allow cameras or screen flashes when a call or notification arrives.

Another interesting feature is the Notification cooldown, which lowers the notification volume when multiple notifications from the same app come in a short time. Android 16 also offers Advanced Protection, a stronger security system to keep the device from digital threats. In addition, there is a Modes feature, which allows users to create specific profiles based on activity, such as work, exercise, or rest.

For Moto G67 Power users who want to try Android 16 earlier, Motorola provides a registration process through its official community. After creating an account, users must update IMEI data or serial numbers on the profile, enable the MFN option, and ensure their device runs the latest software.

After that, they can visit the MFN Beta Testing Opportunities page to see if testing opportunities are available for their devices.

After registering, Motorola will send further information via email. Therefore, users are advised to check emails regularly, including the spam folder. Beta updates can also be checked manually via the Settings menu > System updates > Check for updates.

With the joining of Moto G67 Power in the Android 16 beta program, Motorola demonstrates its commitment to providing a more modern and secure software experience for its users, even on more affordable device lines.
